1. Certificate of Enrollment and high school diploma
2. High school transcript( including ranking or ranking percentages within class or year group)
3. Autobiography in English ( covering self-introduction,  education background,  application motivation, future plans, personal photos)
4. Study Plan in English
5. Recommendation letter(s)
6. English proficiency Test results
7. Other documents pertinent to the application

3. 英文自傳
4. 英文讀書計畫書
5. 師長推薦函：請提供至少1份之師長推薦函
